What is the return policy?
You can return your online order within 30 days after your receive your package. Returns are free of charge.
When trying on your items, we ask you to observe the general hygiene rules and only try on underwear or swimwear over your own underwear. The items must be in perfect condition (not used nor washed and with their inside and outside labels still attached and without repairs). However, if you use the items beyond what is required for testing/fitting, we reserve the right to claim compensation and to return the goods to you.
We reserve the right to deduct discounts from the refund value, where applicable, if the discount offer was subject to minimum purchase quantities or values that are no longer met after the return

How can I return an online order?

Please register your return by following the steps:
- Enter the details of the order from which you want to return items.
- Select the item/s you would like to return and select the reason for the return.
- Print out the return label and stick it on the outside of the return package.
Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest Royal Mail drop point within 30 days from the delivery date of your order, before the return period expires.
The refund will be made in 3 working days by using the original payment method once you hand over the return parcel to a Royal Mail location.

I would like to return one or more items - but there was no return label in my package. What should I do?
In order to contribute to the Environment, we do not anymore send paper invoices or return slips.
If you want to place a return, you can register your return online and you will be provided with an electronic return label that you may print at home and stick to your return package.
You do not have to contact our customer service, you can register your return directly.

Can I return my online order at a Triumph Retail store?
Unfortunately, items purchased online cannot be returned at our physical stores. In order to place a return, please register your return online and you will be able to generate a return label to print and stick to your package.

Can I exchange my items?
In order to exchange an item, please return your purchase following the return policy guidelines and place your order again.

Can a courier come pickup my return?
Unfortunately this option is not currently available. You can take your return to your nearest drop point.

I have received an item in the incorrect colour or size. Can you send me the correct item?
We strive to take all the steps for this not to happen. However, if exceptionally you get an incorrect or faulty item, please place a return according to the returns proceedure and place your order again.

How and when will I receive a refund for my return?
The refund will be made in 3 working days by using the original payment method once you hand over the return parcel to a Royal Mail point.

Klarna - How do refunds work if I paid with Klarna?
Please note, if you selected Klarna as your payment method, all refunds will be handled by them. Please contact Klarna directly with any questions or concerns that you may have.
