How does the Refer a Friend program work?
You can participate in the Triumph Rrefer a Friend program by sharing your unique referral link with your friend, which can be found on your ecom profile. The link should be copied and pasted in the browser and the referral code will be automatically applied in the My Triumph registration form. Alternatively, you can refer friends directly in the store. You just need to ask the salesperson for your personal referral code.

How do I find my referral link?
You can find your unique referral link on your personal profile on the My Triumph website. Simply log-in to your personal ecom account and navigate to the Refer a Friend section to access your link. Alternatively, you can go directly to the My Triumph registration form and you have to click I’m a new customer, you have to fill up the form and add manually the referral code at the bottom of the registration form. The referral code can be found in the footer of your newsletter (under the barcode) or if you ask a salesperson in the store.

How many friends can I refer to join the My Triumph program?
You can refer up to a maximum of 5 friends through the My Triumph Refer a Friend program.

How do I know if my friend has made a purchase?
You will receive an email confirmation once your friend has made a purchase and if you both receive rewards.

I’ve earned a reward. Can I use it in the store or only online?
You can use your voucher both in store and online. If you buy online the voucher will be automatically applied in the cart at the checkout. Also will be visible to the salesperson on your personal profile.

Can I combine my referral reward with other discounts or promotions?
Referral vouchers can be combined with other discounts or promotions unless stated in the terms and conditions of the specific offer.
