Period pants are easy to clean and the best option over disposable tampons or disposable pads. First rinse off your used period pants in cold water until the water runs clear. Then place the period pants in a laundry bag and into your washing machine at 40°C on the easy care cycle. Don’t worry, period underwear can be washed with other dark clothing. Hang dry and use them again.
