Exchanges are not possible, but please return the items according to the return instructions and place your order again. For details on how to return an item, please see our FAQ page.

Due to our fast processing we are unfortunately unable to change or cancel your order. You can place a new order and/or return your previous order by placing an online return via the returns portal. Once your return is received by our distribution center we will process your refund.
If you wish to permanently delete your customer account, contact dpo@triumph.com. We require this contact to verify your identity and process the deletion request securely.
Steps to submit a deletion request:
- Send an email to dpo@triumph.com.
- Include First name, Surname, Email address associated with the account and clearly state in your message that you are requesting account deletion.
- A representative will follow up with you to confirm the request and guide you through the remaining steps.
Please go to your account and update your email address and/or physical address. Please note that we can only update the email address and saved delivery address associated with your account. It is not possible to change these details for an existing order. Any updates will only apply to future orders.
