  1. What are the advantages of shopping in the Triumph Online Store?

    The Triumph Online Store offers an incredible selection of product styles and sizes, and shopping is trouble-free. You can purchase goods from the convenience of your own home in just a few simple steps. Not satisfied? Simply send them back free of charge.

  2. I would like to return one or more items - but there was no return label in my package. What should I do?

    In order to contribute to the Environment, we do not anymore send paper invoices or return slips. If you want to place a return, you may click here to reach out to our Online Return Center, where you will be provided with an electronic return label that you may print at home and stick to your return package, or with a QR code to show at your closest EVRi station. You do not need to contact our Customer Service, you can reach the Online Return Center directly.

  3. What is the return policy?

    You can return your orders purchased online within 30 days after you receive your package. Returns are free of charge. The easiest way to place a return is to follow the instructions here.

  4. How can I return an online order?
    • By clicking here you can reach out to the Triumph Online Return Center.
    • Please enter the details of the order from which you want to return items.
    • Please select the item/s you would like to return with a return reason.
    • You may print out the return label and stick the label on the outside of the return package. Alternatively, you may choose to return with a QR code. Please show the QR code at any EVRi station.
    • Remember that you must bring the items you wish to return to your nearest drop point within 30 days from the delivery date of your order, before the return period expires.

  5. Can I change or cancel an order?

    In order for you to receive your package as quickly as possible, fast shipping is very important to us. Due to the fast processing of your order, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or change the order. You can place a new order directly and return the unwanted items.   6. I received an item in the wrong color or size. Can you send it to me in the right color?

    We strive to take all the steps for this not to happen. However, if exceptionally you get an incorrect or faulty item, please place a return according to the returns procedure and place your order again.

  8. Is there a minimum order value?

    No, there is no minimum order value.

  9. I get an error message or cannot display a new page when I try to place an order. What can I do?

    Please check your computer settings. The Triumph Online Store was created and optimised for a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. In order to use all the functions fully, we recommend the latest version of the following browsers: Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Opera, as well as the latest version of the Flash Player plug-in. Please deactivate the popup blocker and allow cookies.

    Triumph issues promotion codes within the scope of its marketing campaigns. These codes need to be entered on the shopping cart overview page when you order. You can only use one code per purchase. Some codes are valid for a limited time only. If your promotion code does not work, please check whether it has already been used or has expired.

  11. What methods of payment does Triumph offer?

    Triumph provides you with the following methods of payment for your online purchase: credit card (Visa, MasterCard), debit card (Visa Debit, Maestro UK), PayPal / PayPal Express or Klarna 'Pay Later in 30 days'.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to use a gift card for online purchases at the present time.

  13. What are the shipping costs?

    Enjoy a free standard home delivery if you are a member of the MyTriumph program. If you are not a MyTriumph member, the shipping costs with standard delivery will be £ 4.95.

  14. Is it possible to check the progress of the delivery?

    As soon as the package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a link which you can use to check the shipping status at any time. The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again at a later point in time.

  15. I have not received my order, yet according to the delivery status it has arrived. How do I proceed?

  20. I live in the United Kingdom, but I am in another country at the present time / I would like to specify a delivery address abroad. Is this possible?

    Our offering is intended only for customers who are resident in the United Kingdom and who can specify a delivery address in United Kingdom. Accordingly, you can place an order and have the items delivered to your address in the United Kingdom, when you are on holiday in Italy. If, however, you are permanently living abroad or if you want to have the items delivered to someone else abroad, this is not possible in our online shop.

  21. When will the items I want be back in stock in my size?

    Unfortunately, Triumph is not able to replenish stocks of sold-out items at the request of one customer. However, we often get new sizes for some items. So try again at a later point in time.

  22. Is there a wish list for goods which are currently unavailable?

    No, it is not possible to place unavailable items on a wish list at the present time.

  23. Why isn’t the item “x” in stock?

    Triumph cannot offer all of its products online. Consequently, we have tried to put together an ideal selection within the bounds of our capacity. If you are looking for a product which is not available online, you may find it in a Triumph shop. Click here to find a Triumph retailer near you.

  24. An item was missing. Will you send it later?
