Payment & Delivery
Triumph provides you with various payment options for your online shopping convenience. Pay with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or debit card (Visa Debit, Maestro UK) depending on which option suits you best.
Payment by credit/debit card
For payment by credit/debit card, enter the card number, the expiration date and the three-digit security code located next to the signature field on the right on the back of the card.
Please make sure to enter your data correctly to avoid delays. The invoice amount is authorised to your credit/debit card account when you send your order. The actual debit is not made until the goods are shipped.
In order to ensure the highest level of security, we offer the 3D Secure Standard for payment by credit card. As a result, a step is added to the online payment procedure. After you have logged in once, you need to enter a code for retailers that offer this service. Triumph guides you step by step through the 3D Secure Standard process during the payment transaction.
Payment by PayPal
During the payment process you will be forwarded to the PayPal page to login in PayPal and finalised the payment. Once payment has taken place, click the button that takes you back to the Triumph Online Shop.
Note: Please remember that your PayPal account must have sufficient credit for the transaction to be successfully completed.
You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal when the money is transferred to our account; as well as a second confirmation from us to confirm that the payment was successful.

Refunds with PayPal:
Once the return parcel arrives at Triumph and it is processed you will receive a confirmation email. The refund will be credited directly to you PayPal account within the next days.
To ensure that you order and credit card information are secure, we always send your data in an encoded form. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encoding.
Your order is shipped by standard or express delivery depending on your choice in the check-out. For standard deliveries Triumph is taking care of the shipping costs. For express deliveries, a shipping charge of £5.95 is due independent of the order value.
Standard deliveries are made via ParcelForce; express deliveries via DHL Express.
Usually, you can expect standard deliveries sent with Parcelforce to arrive within 3 to 5 working days. Upon shipment of your order, you’ll receive an email notifying you of its status and orders are processed weekdays from Monday to Friday. In case no one is there to receive your order, you’ll receive a card informing you of the attempted delivery along with details about where and when to collect your package. Packages not collected within 20 days will be returned to Triumph.
For express deliveries via DHL Express, your order should arrive within 1 to 3 working days after placing your order. If you select Express Delivery, you will be charged an additional fee of £5.95 per package, regardless of the order value. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll be notified by email.
Orders place before 1 pm from Monday to Friday will normally be received within the following 1 to 3 working days. If an order is placed between 1 pm on Friday and all day Sunday, delivery will not occur before the following Tuesday. Express deliveries are not made on weekends and bank holidays. In case no one is there to receive your order, you’ll receive a card informing you of the attempted delivery along with details about where and when to collect your package. Packages not collected within 20 days will be returned to Triumph.
Different delivery address
We can easily send your order to a delivery address in United Kingdom that is not the same as the invoice address.
Shipping status check
You can check the shipping status of your order at any time. To do so, please use the link specified in the shipping confirmation email. The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again at a later point in time.
Delivery not made, damaged or incorrect
If you do not receive your package although we have sent a delivery confirmation, please contact customer service by email or call +44 (0) 20-34550066. Customer service will tell you how to proceed.
